Cariina creates a customized program for every organization it works with that is tailored to meet their specific needs. The platform records, tracks, and organizes processes and all of their data throughout the organization into one system. Some examples of these processes include streamlining internal and external communication, tracking all student data and progress (from behavioral to assessments and everything in between), measuring student outcomes, tracking employee performance evaluations, and employee professional development training just to name a few. Since all of the data is captured in real time, Cariina allows each organization real time tracking of data/statuses/milestones, seamless reporting, and all the information is easily exportable to make data-driven decisions. Cariina also includes custom mobile apps and custom school intelligence dashboards that are created to help identify trends and patterns to inform decision-making, compliance, and strategic planning.
